The directory

Listings show public information about local businesses. We try to keep it accurate, but businesses change and we can't guarantee every detail. We don't endorse or guarantee any business, and your dealings with a business are between you and that business. Please report errors to hello@locally417.com.

Paid placement

Businesses on Featured and Premium plans pay to appear above other listings and are labeled “Featured” or “Premium”. Paying does not change reviews.

Business accounts and claims

  • You may only claim a listing for a business you are authorized to represent. We verify claims through the business's published email address or phone number and may refuse or reverse a claim.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add to your listing and for keeping your password secure.
  • We may edit, hide or remove listings or content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or abusive.

Paid plans

  • Featured ($49/month) and Premium ($99/month) renew monthly until cancelled. Prices may change with [30] days' notice.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. To cancel, email us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. [REFUND POLICY]
  • If a payment fails, the listing may return to the Free plan.

Inquiries and reviews

When you send an inquiry, we pass your details and message to the business. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience; we moderate reviews and may remove ones that are fake, abusive or off-topic. Don't submit spam or content you don't have the right to share.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Locally417 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [REVIEW WITH COUNSEL]

Governing law
